Hot water The apartment is equipped with two boilers for the two floors, one supplies the small bathroom and the kitchen (4th floor), the other (very large) supplies the bedroom bath (5th floor). Each boiler has a switch in the bathroom that must always be left on. In the event there is no hot water at the apartment please contact the staff.
Heating In the bathroom there is a centralized electrical radiator which is controlled by the condominium and it works in the winter season at certain times in the morning and in the afternoon. The two radiators are already set and ready. The guest will only have to choose the desired heat intensity by turning the knob on the control panel.
